An unusual piece from the Ephemera Collection in that it is hand-painted. This appears to be a drawing made in preparation for publication enclosing a body of text. The vignette of Maori mother and baby at lower right is taken from Lindauer’s portrait of Ana Rupene. The scenic vignettes show Auckland Harbour and Ohinemutu at Rotorua.
