Paestum Sept. 2020

Another highlight of my trip was Paestum with its 3 incredibly well preserved temples! Paestum was originally an ancient Greek colony called Poseidonia but was renamed Paestum by the Romans.

The archeological site also has a small but very beautiful museum. We couldn’t stay there for long, though, because we needed to catch our train. But I will definitely come back!
