THIS took a very long time. I don’t really have words for what pride month means to me because it means everything. To see people across the world coming together to celebrate something that I was once so afraid to admit, that it almost cost me my life. Pride is a beautiful thing. Life is a beautiful thing. My savior in those dark times was always Sailor Moon because she fought with the power of love and always gave those in need a second chance. She was (and still is) my guardian angel. She made me feel safe in times of hardship and became my greatest role model. In the anime in manga, she would have crushes on girls (Rei, Haruka) and that made me feel like what I was going through as a young gay man was normal. So in honor of pride, I have the beautifully rainbowed Sailor Cosmos done in photoshop with my gauche brush sets. The moonlight carries a message of love, for every one.
Guardian SunThe Sun and other stars don’t have Sailor Guardians; Sailor Guardians are for celestial objects that support life, or at least have the potential to. Instead, each star has a being similar to Guardian Cosmos that holds its star seed and offers protection.
