Melissa stopped at the overlook on her way to the conversion center, this time in both relief and disgust.
The humans were starting to get desperate. They couldn’t think of any other way to stop the hundreds of women per day who were joining the invasion. It was a moderate nerve gas, their hopes to paralyze the women and bring them back for examination. The invaders acted quickly and began to issue full chemical suits to their future soldiers. Melissa was grateful when she casually walked through the ocean of gas and nothing could stop her from joining the gynoid invasion.
The break gave her time to really take in the awful sight before her. The plants produced the toxic gas, oxygen; a threat to machines everywhere. The weeds before her did nothing, but produce more of themselves. Just taking up space that could be used for weapons building facilities, gynoid repair centers, or even simple plasma factories. All the mindless gynoids, furthering the effort on the war against biology, marching from place to place. A beautiful planet, a suphur and methane atmosphere protecting a lifeless land full of automatons dancing to the AI’s music of 1′s and 0′s. No green or brown in sight. Just the dull silver, bronze and obsidian black of the technological future.
She wondered if she would come back here some day, tearing these weeds up by the root and destroying the Earth underneath to accept something of use. She imagined the oceans dried up, the mountains taken down by half, the river beds filled to accommodate new structures, the ice caps disintegrated, and the magma underneath used to fuel the new world order. Just a few short months ago Melissa would have shuddered at the future she envisioned, but the invaders warped her brain to see this view as undesirable and pointless. In a few short hours she would be a Engineering Gynoid, and the sight before her would be an aberration in need of correction.
The earpiece came to life again and the order was given.
Melissa took a final glance at the overlook, before she marched away. Under her lenses was a look of determination as the conversion center came into view. She would return to this place with destruction in mind. Earth is doomed, and the last bits of pride she felt came at knowing it would be at her hand.

Another conceptual character inspired by Lancer RPG.
I’m sorry I’m not posting more things lately but I’m working in a very interesting project right now about I cannot tell you or show you yet.
It involves a lot of movie practical effects FX, art design, and props, and I am the art director!
