She has recently taken upon herself the role of safeguarding the autonomy and interests of the Chasseriallene Republic, which has so recently parted the spirit mists and rejoined the outside after centuries of isolation.

As an adherent of the Eloquendi, the master bards that focus upon the arts of rhetoric and oratory. Persuasion is considered amongst the most esteemed arts as a well-reasoned, and spoken argument is often more potent than objective truth. In the pursuit of wisdom and diplomacy, Rhiannon wields her gilded-tongue to blend logic and theatrical wordplay to garner support with logical arguments while plucking the heartstrings to appeal to emotions to friend and foe alike.

Her most extraordinary talent is not of the magical sort but an eerie air of tranquil patience cultivated over the centuries. A reflection of her motto: A’verro! Above all, remember patience!
