I spent a long time hating my face because of trichotillomania. I hated not being able to go anywhere without doing my brows and I hated my exes joking about licking their fingers and wiping them off or taking me swimming or my dad laughing hysterically about how I looked without my makeup done. I always felt ugly about how weirdly my brows would grow back. It’s been so long since I’ve actually been comfortable without my brows done, and even though it’s still hard for me, I’m learning to love and accept them how they are.
