you look like you need a good ass

Flex in the summer 2018. Broke this arm near the shoulder in FEB 2020 in Puerto Vallarta. A year of physical therapy, almost 2 years of regular gym. I still can’t get my right bicep in a good flex. Hell the biceps aren’t back to this shape again. Goal in 2022 to be able to flex my right bicep again. Able to do 50-100 push-ups every other day but I’m lope sided. Suggestions?
