I made bittermelon and shrimp stir fry for my Lunar New Year meal (the colours came out so nice! Gold, red, and green!)
But hoo boy my body hurts from standing so long. I’ve been soooo sick recently (chronic pain issues, and mental illnesses) that I’ve forgotten how to cook. At least it tastes nice, but I don’t want to clean up ughhhhh.
