Remember it’s a huge 10 mm gap from current width !!
The transscrotal really stretches fast. I have installed my 50 mm tunnel on July 25th, 2018 (the 45 mm was in May), but it lasted only a couple of hours, at the end of the day the 55 mm was in !!
And now I am already ready for the 60 mm one … but the manufacturing (finding raw materials) becomes quite complicated at those sizes.
