• …. as a charming, amorous, and a really, reallyoldvampire. he’s the oldest being of the four, but also one of the wisest, as he’s seen a lot of stuff during the long time he’s been alive (totally not me making him a vampire because i wanted him to be one, nope, not at all).
• the kind of vampire who’s just so good looking that if you didn’t know the truth, you’d wonder if they’re even human. takes care of you through his actions, and usually keeps his words to a minimum. has kept watch over you, the human he’s held affection for all this time, during each and every single one of your reincarnations through the many centuries.
• his gifts are now-expensive antiques that he’s collected over the millennia as presents for you, and they were expensive even in their own time period. his affection is mellow, and happens as many, many upside down kisses as he hangs from your ceiling. oh, and his little fangs nipping at your ear and your hands whenever he wants your attention. he takes you out on little rides around the city as he flies with you nestled comfortably in his arms. stargazing dates at his home are very common, and often end in cuddle sessions as he clings to you like a koala.

• …. as a tricky, mischievous and prideful fae. he’s one to mess with you and twist your words around to his heart’s content, and as the youngest, he plays pranks on the other three a lot.
• as fae royalty, his beauty far exceeds what can be considered human, and has a lot of admirers, but he’s only kept his eyes on you since the first and only time he lost to you in his little dance of words. he often banters for your affection with you, and most of the time, finds himself on the winning end, successfully tricking you and leaving you no choice but to cave in and give him what he wants.
• brings you all sorts of gifts that he doesn’t let you find, let alone give, a reason for you to refuse them. jewelleries are a common gift, but they’re all fae jewels, so they sparkle and shine in a way that can never be human. his affection is deep, lingering kisses as he places one hand on you waist and the other behind your head. dates, most of the time, are spent in the forest, as he shows you all the different beauties of nature. uses magic to bring you to so many different places, and tells you all about their lores and residents as he holds you tight in his arms.

• …. as a venerable, sagacious and powerful wizard. he’s had a lot of experience with magic as a wizard, even though he’s quite young for one, standing out to be one of the most excellent magicians of his time.
• he’s always been alongside you, growing up as you did through all the centuries, and has kept a keen eye on you to keep you out of any danger that could come your way from associating with him. subtly casts a protective charm on you and your belongings whenever you go out, and has his familiars take turns to watch over your safety. teaches you a lot of new things you didn’t know about from all his years of living and experience.
• he gives you gifts of food, which are laced with potions that give you all sorts of benefits, such as a potion for good luck to a potion for that little bit of acne you kept complaining that wouldn’t go away. his affection leaves you breathless ― it burns just as bright and warm as he does, leaving you unable to do nothing but marvel at its beauty. dates to other lands of magic he’s visited take place very often, and he tells you all about his tales and adventures there, as the two of you ride together on his trusted broom.

• …. as a mystical, elusive and arcane ninetailed fox. he’s mischievous, but often benevolent, helping people when in need. as the second oldest, he’s quite knowledgeable, but will trick you a little for his own amusement before giving you what you require.
• you caught his interest the very first time he met you, as you were able to give him a new perspective on one of the many things that he, being immortal, couldn’t find himself. places safeguarding magic on you because he knows as precious as you are to him, it is the same to the other three. he talks and debates a lot with you, often finding himself looking back on your conversations and your views on different topics.
• his gifts are trinkets of rare objects, such as gemstones to uncommon food such as truffles and ginseng. he too, prefers to show his affection through meaningful actions, though he is good with his words, as he firmly believes in the saying ‘actions speak louder than words’. dates with him are often spent in the comfort of home, as he creates all sorts of knick-knacks for you to pass your time with, and each one is imbued with a different kind of enchantment that never ceases to amaze you, leaving him breathlessly happy.
