Second is Hiroaki Toshinori Midoriya. His quirk(s) are zero gravity and telekinesis (although he can’t preform it on people, he can control objects).
By the way those squiggly marks are meant to be blushes. Also, I sure was impressed with how Reiko’s hair turned out because drawing long hair with curls is very difficult for me.
