So I was chatting with my friend Sarkafish a while ago about stupid ads we get on our phones. And somewhere along the way she sent me these absolutely ridiculous ripped/cutout denim shorts
We were just happily losing our shit over who makes designs like these and who would actually wear these out in all seriousness. And somehow we ended up agreeing ~ Yep.. Marco Hell yes! He would absolutely wear this kind of stupid shit!
Maybe it was a joke Bday gift or something or for a concert or similar
And from there on this whole conversation just went downhill very rapidly We were still discussing how uncomfortable and unpractical these pants must be (including some rather ridiculous possible consequences) when all of a sudden the most hellishly stupid idea was born!!!

Hello, I like pain
.
It’s difficult to describe what happened here in its entirety.
I’ve been writing down story details lately about a similar time period of the past, as the last post about uni/college times.
That combined with a song that’s been coming back to me somehow inspired what you see here.
It’s rather reduced in terms of colours but I actually like it a lot. ✨
So you can place this within the entire timeline, they are somewhat around 16 and 20 here.
All in all this represents a time where not everything was going smoothly. The visual language and details in this piece might be very subtle, but that’s what depression can be.
It doesn’t come kicking down the front door, but will slowly creep in to take hold of you before you or anyone else might even notice.
For some reason, drawing this - especially Fabio’s expression - really made my heart ache To the point that I decided to make a second version of it because I felt it looks a tiny bit more peaceful when their eyes are closed
It’s a bit hard for me to assess how much of all the emotional turmoil really translates when you look at a drawing like this without knowing the entire context of the story
But I felt like sharing this piece with you anyway
