Can I also remind everyone that he’s only 22? That’s awfully young to have to fend of these kinds of responses from masses of complete strangers when you’re just trying to be yourself. I think his responses are admirably calm and reasonable (a lot more so than mine would have been at that age), but he shouldn’t have to deal with this.
