Can we please just appreciate for a moment that I DID THAT

I’ve really missed being able to mess around in the kitchen (a combination of being busy and lacking energy), and quite pleased at how well these babies came together. The filling needs some slight tweaking; I’d prefer more raspberry bits and it definitely needs maybe a 1/4c more sugar, but they’re still yummy. Quick shutout to my new SilPat for making these babies nice and uniform for sandwiching!
