Edwyle Stark became Lord of Winterfell in 226 AC. He married Marna Locke of Oldcastle. They had one chiild, Rickard Stark.
Rickard Stark became Lord of Winterfell some time before 264 AC. He married his Father’s first cousin Lyarra Stark, the daughter of Rodrik Stark and Arya Flint. Together they had four children Brandon, Eddard, Lyanna, and Benjen. Lyarra died of unknown causes some time before the events that precipitated Robert’s Rebellion. Rickard was killed by King Aerys II Targaryen in 282 AC along with his oldest son Brandon.

Willam Stark was Lord of Winterfell in the early 3rd century AC. He was beheaded at the Battle of Long Lake in 226 AC by the King Beyond the Wall Raymun Redbeard. Raymun was subsequently killed by Willam’s brother Artos Stark.
Willam was married twice, to Melantha Blackwood and Lyanne Glover. He had two children with Melantha Blackwood, Edwyle and Jocelyn. He also had one son with Lyanne Glover, Brandon. Edwyle succeeded his father as Lord of Winterfell, married and had one son. Jocelyn married Benedict Royce of the Vale, together they had three daughters whose names are unknown but who lived to adulthood and married into other Vale houses. Brandon’s fate is unknown.

Rodrik Stark, the wandering wolf. The seventh child of Beron Stark, Rodrik had little chance of inheriting so instead traveled to the Free Cities and fought for the Second Sons. Eventually he returned home and married Arya, a Flint of the mountains. They had two daughters, Branda and Lyarra. Branda wed a Stormlord, Harrold Rogers, and Lyarra married her cousin Rickard Stark.

Artos Stark, called Artos the Implacable, was the third son of Beron Stark. He married Lysara Karstark. They had twin sons Brandon and Benjen. Both sons had issue and were presumably married, but their names are unknown.

Beron Stark succeeded his father, Brandon Stark, as Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North. He married Lorra Royce and they had seven children together. Their eldest son Donor died without issue and their second son became Lord of Winterfell. Artos and Rodrik both wed and had children. It’s unknown what happened to Berena, Alysanne, and Errold.

Brandon Stark was the youngest child of Lynara Stark. He became Lord of Winterfell after the death of his brother Barthogan in Skagos. He had four children. Three by his wife Alys Karstark, Rodwell, Beron and Arsa, and one by Wylla Fenn, Lonnel Snow. Rodwell married Myriame Manderly, but died without issue. His younger brother Beron became Lord of Winterfell. He married Lorra Royce, with whom he had seven children. The fate of Arsa Stark is unknown.

Serena Stark should have been next in line to inherit Winterfell and the North after her grandfather Cregan Stark died but instead was married to her father’s half brother, Edric Stark. They had four children together, twin sons Cregard and Torrhen, Aregelle, and Arrana. The boys likely died young, but Aregelle married Robard Cerwyn and Arrana married Osric Umber. Both had issue. Edric predeceased his older brother Jonnel, so was the only son of Lynara Stark to not become Lord of Winterfell. Presumably by the time Jonnel Stark died, the twins, Cregard and Torrhen, were already dead and thus did not inherit. So Aregelle and Arrana, like their mother and her sister, were passed over in favor of their uncle. Serena was denied Winterfell once for herself and once for her children. At some point Serena married Jon Umber, I’m guessing after Edric died, to avoid any trouble she might cause (and I like to think she caused a lot of trouble). In any case, it’s very plausible that Arrana was married to her stepbrother.
