Edwyle Stark became Lord of Winterfell in 226 AC.  He married Marna Locke of Oldcastle.  They had one chiild, Rickard Stark.

Rickard Stark became Lord of Winterfell some time before 264 AC.  He married his Father’s first cousin Lyarra Stark, the daughter of Rodrik Stark and Arya Flint.  Together they had four children Brandon, Eddard, Lyanna, and Benjen.  Lyarra died of unknown causes some time before the events that precipitated Robert’s Rebellion.  Rickard was killed by King Aerys II Targaryen in 282 AC along with his oldest son Brandon.

Rodrik Stark, the wandering wolf.  The seventh child of Beron Stark, Rodrik had little chance of inheriting so instead traveled to the Free Cities and fought for the Second Sons.  Eventually he returned home and married Arya, a Flint of the mountains.  They had two daughters, Branda and Lyarra.  Branda wed a Stormlord, Harrold Rogers, and Lyarra married her cousin Rickard Stark.

Lynara Stark was Cregan Stark’s third and final wife.  She had five children Jonnel, Edric, Lyanna, Barthogan and Brandon.  Three of her sons became Lord of Winterfell during the tumultuous period that followed Cregan Stark’s death.  Her oldest sons, Jonnel and Edric were married to their half brother’s two daughters. Both Jonnel and Barthogan died without issue.  The fate of her only daughter is unknown. Cast for/by @andi-d

Cregan Stark picked up wife #2, Alysanne Blackwood, after the Dance of the Dragons.  She commanded archers during the war and agreed to marry Cregan Stark after some light hostage negotiation.  They had four daughters whose fates are unknown.

Arra Norrey, the first wife of Cregen Stark, and her issue.  I head cannon that Cregen Stark took a look at the Dance of the Dragons and was like not in my House dude!  Then creepily married his granddaughters off to his younger sons instead of letting Serena inherit Winterfell like she should because the patriarchy.  Results seem to have been mixed.
