Looks like England’s finally calling in a favor for all the money he’s been throwing at PH.
Also, I am really sus that PH, a Southeast Asian, has a hair color that is closer to the (lack of) color used for blonde characters like England, France, Germany and Murica as opposed to the darker tones and visible shading used for the Italies. =-=
