@hungryroot Vegan cauliflower, corn and edemame risotto with a chickpea “alfredo” sauce. I added garlic balsamic sauteed onion, bell pepper, spinach and tomatoes and a little dollop of pesto for some extra oomph. #vegan #hungryroot #imadethis #yourmovemartha
