#i cried while opening these

About 24 hours ago, I uploaded the final chapter to my first ever multichapter fic Broken.

About 34 hours ago I received a surprise package from one of my favourite people in this world, my wonderful, fantastic friend and beta @hellosweetyspoilers . In it were two beautiful books, hand bound. One containing “an incomplete collection of works” (aka a collection of all the oneshots I wrote and she edited) and one (with a whopping 261 pages) containing this fic, Broken, the reason we connected at all.

I can’t even begin to tell you how much this means to me, never in my wildest dream did I think that I would ever hold a book written by me in my hands. I am still overwhelmed. The time, effort, love and consideration that went into the editing, formatting and binding of these books just completely blows me away.
