Sirius is a local artist and Remus is a children’s tv presenter. The show decides to have Sirius on as a guest, and Remus is supposed to learn how to do the art but he’s really shit and keeps making awful jokes and Sirius falls a little bit in love with his freckles and they make out backstage.
A few years later, they’re living together - Sirius still selling art and Remus presenting the programme- and one day Remus is at work when his co-hosts (Lily and Peter) introduce a special guest and Remus is like ??? Because he didn’t know about it at all, and Sirius comes onto the set with the biggest grin on his face and Remus is still like ??? When Sirius kneels down in front of him, and pulls out a ring, and tells him that he still loves his awful jokes and lack of any artistic talents whatsoever and asks Remus if he’ll keep telling him those awful jokes and ruining his art when they’re both old and crinkly, and Remus is just bright red and laughing, and nodding and Lily is crying and Peter is clapping them both on the back and James comes on cheering for them and its beautiful
