#i ended up making it for dinner and its tasty

it literally came about by my spouse saying ‘i’ve always wanted to try shepherd’s pie but none of us are good at making gravy’ so he just used prepackaged japanese curry blocks to thicken the meat and veggie part and then put potatoes on top and it’s?  absolutely delicious?  and SO easy esp if you are using leftover potatoes and frozen veggies it takes like five minutes to put together and maybe ten minutes for the potatoes to warm up in the oven if they were cold from the fridge.
