In my mind they’re at Hitachi Seaside Park in Japan, where every year the nemophila flowers bloom.
Nemophila flowers are also known by the common name, “baby blue eyes”, which Midoriya thinks suits Todoroki perfectly.
Fun fact, I found out after I drew this that nemophila have a meaning that is such a wild coincidence:
“According to Patricia Kaminski and Richard Katz (Flower Essence Repertory - 1998), Baby Blue Eyes is a useful essence to all who did not receive adequate emotional support through childhood, and where, in all likelihood, a healthy relationship with the father, or a positive father figure, was missing.”
