there’s a lumpy brain. (it’s a self portrait so i’m allowed to be indulgent ok!) out of this brain, a rather chubby worm is sticking out. this worm is gaud as identified by their sesame seed nose and all knowing smile. yes, the worm is an earthworm and gets the trademark worm bandage/scarf. the tail of the worm, sticking out of the brain on the bottom right is curled into the shape of a heart.
