Ok now this is an off topic reply i can get behind.

I’m okay with the feathers but I still want it to have hands

I will note that “wanting” isn’t really an applicable sentiment when it comes to scientific facts, things are how they are regardless of if you want it or not, however you’ll be happy to know that dromaeosaurs did have hands, in fact, the primaries specifically grow out of the second finger, which still exists in birds today (seen in yellow on the diagram below, note how the first finger, while small, is also still present).

The hands would basically be under the wing feathers, with the first finger peeking out in some poses.

As a matter of fact, you can actually see the claws on @alphynix​‘s Utahraptor (which i regrettably didn’t credit back then, this post is very old)
