I haven’t used Tumblr extensively in quite a while, and although I consider the site fairly dead (of the 67 people I’m following, only 7 have used the site in the past month), but I really enjoy how well it displays photos versus other websites. I think if I just do what I do, random people somewhere might come back to use the site, or they might not, who knows…
Two years ago I purchased a Nikon D610, and I finally stepped into the realm of being a full-frame photographer, and since that purchase: I used the camera an entire two times, and once was more of a joke photoshoot than anything real. I’d really like to photograph basically anything at this point, and I’ve really wanted to scrapbook, so I think I’m going to turn this into one giant scrapbook of pictures of the ramen I enjoy and photos of various random things with a little snippet about it.
I want my website to remain long format posts, my instagram simple single instance pictures, twitter quick thoughts, and facebook friend oriented. Youtube for long format videos, TikTok (if that stays around) for short format videos (RIP Vine).
Expect more from me in the near future, and hopefully I’ll enjoy this journey as much as I expect.
