Okay okay okay, this is something I am Nervous about because What If It Goes Badly In An Embarrassing Way, but I am trying my first-ever doll mods! I found a doll that I think looks a bit like Edward from Our Flag Means Death (and another that looks remotely like Stede), and I am Making Attempts at modifying them. :p

So, I’m starting with this doll for Edward:

Plans include curling his hair (and maybe adding wefts of gray?), repainting his face, trying to make a removable beard, hand-painting SO MANY tiny tattoos, and maybe possibly having some adventures in hand-sewing his costume. (Do I know how to sew? Not strictly speaking. Am I trying it anyway? Maybe!)

Presently his hair is in MANY tiny braids (to try to achieve Ed’s gorgeous waves and volume), and later this week I’ll be attempting to repaint his face to look more Ed-like.
