I’ve been talking about it but I’ll say it here too actually: I love how out of the cape and cowl, this Bruce is wet-cat pathetic; Alfred is probably the only reason he doesn’t have scurvy. He’s just starting out, he has no interest in being Bruce Wayne and has yet to develop the persona, so what we get in the daylight is like, the dregs of Batman – the bland leftovers. Reheated oatmeal of a man. Effervescent.
