I channel my intense feelings and my anger particularly, into certain pieces of my poetry so that I don’t hurt people by actually giving them a piece of my mind and so that I don’t hurt myself by keeping it in. That shit will destroy you. But anyway, people who give me reasons to write those pieces should be glad, not only that I hold my tongue, but also that they never see those pieces because I am far more articulate in writing, especially in poetry, that I am in speaking.
