Today I woke upto French toast, balloons and flowers, we watched finding dory then went for brunch and ice cream. This afternoon we got to hang with friends for a second birthday at the fire station such a special day

2 cups old fashioned rolled oats***

½ cup creamy nut butter, look for one that’s thin/drippy (I used almond butter)
½ cup milk of your choice (I used oat to keep the recipe vegan)
1 mashed banana, or ¼ cup maple syrup (we used maple syrup this time)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder I used Dutch process which gives a more intense flavour
½ teaspoon vanilla
⅛ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons of flour (I used coconut) this helps with stickiness when shaping cookies
