La Roux and her well loved classic hits have practically become indie/synthpop legend in the 21st century, so when Elly Jackson blesses us with new music and a forthcoming new album, we celebrate. Supervision, her third album, arrives February 7th via her own label Supercolour Records. Our first taste of the record is International Women Of Leisure, a fantastic dose of La Roux’s signature slick, peppy hooks and cosmopolitan vibes. A colorful music video directed by Nova Dando is a fitting accompaniment for the single. I eagerly picked up tickets for her tour earlier today.
