You know in “The Frycook What Came from All That Space” when Sizz-lorr made Zim wear a suit filled with “white-hot grease” for who knows how long to entertain the customers? While he danced? Zim even broke down sobbing (the first time we’ve seen him actually cry)?
Irkens, as resilient as they are, are most likely not immune to being submerged in boiling grease for long periods of time. That brings my headcannon that Zim has one big grease burn practically all over his body that ends at his neck. He resents Foodcourtia deeply (and Earth) for what it did to his “superior Irken form”
