Yes, this, but also… If I had an eternity, maybe I wouldn’t feel guilty for not spending my limited time learning/practicing the languages, crafts, instruments, and martial arts I have started on, or picking up something new, instead of doom scrolling or vegging out in front of the TV/YouTube.
