A hc I have is that Dream wears the mask to literally hide apart of himself! Maybe he has injuries or just insecure. Dream NEEDS the mask to empower his ego, kinda like how the discs are to Tommy???

I wanna see more explorations of this concept, I think it has a lot of potential :)
