I ordered an animal plastics cage since seeing that @yeahponcho had one for his beardie. Well it’s been 3 months with no word and it was supposed to have been shipped to me by the end of December so I finally called them and they said they had manufacturing issues and poor quality materials they had to send back or something…

Look, I understand mishaps happen but it would have been REALLY COOL if they called or emailed me and let me know about the delay

Like I’m sorry but for 300+ dollars on a cage and getting no word for months kinda puts a bad taste in my mouth.

So please be careful if you order a cage from them and make sure you keep in contact with them cuz this isn’t ok
