I have a lot of emotions about the cello in the background of Ash’s bedroom. I just think a lot about how much of himself he sacrificed for the sake of survival, in a physical sense obviously, but also having to give up the things about himself that were soft and gentle and sweet. Or so he thinks, anyway.
The Evil Dead is a horror comedy franchise so things have to keep moving… so this is the little corner of the internet I’ve carved out to let Ash Williams actually grieve what happened to him.
