#its your store its your inventory you need to own that shit
I am not allowed to have a nervous breakdown at someone else’s inventory. I cannot care about this more than this store’s actual manager. I refuse.
May or may not have strongly suggested to my DM that he let me train the next manager of this location on how to properly do inventories, because I don’t want to do this again that much.
(Not going to throw a whole bunch of jargon at you, but I was at his store at 7 am in order to make sure that a specific set of processes were done by 3 pm. Should’ve been manageable! When I left at 6:30 pm, I had literally just wrapped that set of processes.
(Also, and again – this is not my store. I was meant to be helping with the process. I had to run the process, because current GM just doesn’t know how, and since he’s leaving the company on Wednesday, what the fuck is the point of teaching him.
And his ASM wasn’t in the building until close so I couldn’t even show her what I was doing, like ???????????????????)
