Quick reminder here :
Anticoagulation is NEVER a cause for hematuria.
You don’t bleed because of anticoagulation.
You may bleed more or easier if you’re anticoagulated…. but you need to have a lesion or something to bleed from.
So anticoagulation is NEVER the cause in itself.
