LIVE

I’m late! This is for the last day of the HBC Spring Fling and we’re coming back to James Conrad - thanks to the HBC and @the-th-horniest-book-club for hosting!

I was a bit inspired by a song you know of the same title

Follow up to Running Late - not required reading but it’s the Verse I see it in

The impersonator clapped as James dipped you, kissing you breathless. “Alrighty you two lovebirds. Go get a room. And thank you, thank you very much.” James righted you, grabbing your hand and pulling you down the aisle.

“Wait!” You stumbled behind him, too busy admiring his ass in his tight jeans to care about the white high heels he had bought just for this occasion. You kicked off both shoes, grabbing them up before taking his hand again. James pulled you along, more gently this time, flinging the chapel doors open and leading you to the car.

“Where do we go next?” he asked as he opened your door. He turned back to you and kissed you again; you giggled, throwing your arms around his neck.

Your head was pounding; you groaned and burrowed further into the covers. Wait…You slowly opened your eyes, groaning again as the bright sunlight streamed in from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You closed your eyes for a moment and took stock of yourself. I’m in a bed, my clothes… You ran your hands over yourself, noting panties and some kind of shirt. Buttons scraped against your fingers and the bed shifted. Your eyes flew open and a strangled yell escaped your lips. A body jumped out of the bed, stark naked. You wanted to admire the bare ass in front of you better but he turned to face you. “JAMES?!”

“Y/n?” He ran a hand over his face, the metal ring cool against his… “Did we?”

“Have sex?”

“Get married?!” He shoved the ring out in front of him as you looked down at your left hand. The rose-gold cushion cut stone gleamed in the radiant sunlight of Vegas.
