But sometimes it IS.
Today I woke up wanting to get ready and do something different. After a year in which we have all been a bit lazy in terms of our appearance, due to teleworking and the lack of plans, I think that the improvement in the situation has taken effect and has given us back the desire to have fun. With everything, but in a special way with how we see ourselves in the mirror. The safest celebration today.

And it is that for me, looking good is not synonymous with being fashionable or suffering with vertigo heels. It’s more a matter of fun. To remove the automatic pilot that makes us grab the same pants and the same shirt every morning (already worn and for that reason soo soft), and explore the bottom of my mother’s closet or trunks in search of something that, when I put it on, I put out a smile that won’t go away all day.
For me, jewelry in those moments plays a fundamental role. I can’t imagine not wearing a piece of clothing even when I’m on the couch; so even less when I want to feel special. But as with clothes, I would not bear it if it was something that made me feel uncomfortable, so the chains that adjust to the body, or the bracelets that merge with the hand and are linked like a ring to the finger as if a tattoo were try, they are something that usually always goes with me.
Sometimes it is heard that if you wear a colorful necklace you have to forget about the earrings, or vice versa, so I do not even want to imagine what the ‘basic’ (and to me nonsense) rules of jewelry would have to say about the combination.The one I opted for today and which has given me the best energy throughout the day.
But do you know what? I love the combination, and I plan to repeat it over and over again.
