Blanche’s bio:

Blanche grew up on the streets, having run away from a neglectful foster home as a child. At 14, she became entangled in a criminal organization and became an amateur assassin and spy—but was forced to flee America at 17 after killing a capo of one of the New York mafia families during a physical altercation. Seriously injured, she hopped on the first international flight available and ended up in Italy, where Bruno Bucciarati gave her a job and paid for her hospital bills. Indebted to Bruno, she joins the squad and works for them for two years, and later joins them on their quest to deliver Trish to her father, and later to uncover his identity and destroy him.

Her stand is called Sweetest Taboo, and it functions like a bug listening device. It is planted on a surface or on a person and allows Blanche to hear what is happening around it.
