I drew this a year ago and wasn’t going to post it because it was one of the first Jonos I’d drawn and I didn’t like it. Too pretty boy, not enough nose :D But I just wanted to have a go at redesigning his costume because I’m not a fan of the New Mutants black and yellow costume they have him in now. Figured he’d look cool using his powers in a billowing coat with a hood to hide himself. Black and red are his colours too. My silly sense of humour thinks it’s funny to keep giving him skeleton t-shirts.
But, in retrospect his best costume is always his plain leather jacket and jeans. Mind you I do want the boots I gave him for myself.

Found a really cool ref I just had to draw and decided to turn it into a Chamber piece. Don’t think it quite worked as I prefer drawing him less realistic, but ah well, good practice.
Oh man anon, you reminded me I did Jono’s Hellfire Gala costume months ago. Was going for a mix between his goth look, with a bit of Adam and the Ants (and New wave fashion) in there XD Wanted to express in fashion the first thing that was said to describe him in his first ever design in Generation X.

Didn’t get round to posting as I wanted to clean it up a bit. But, I may do a proper painting of it soon in time for the new Gala. I wasn’t very happy he didn’t appear last year. Fingers crossed for an appearance this year, aye!
