Looking back at this comic, you might assume that Photine (the girl with blue eyes and curly hair) is the antagonist. However, she’s actually the story’s protagonist – she’s just a little shit sometimes.

This is based a little on a scene from the first book I drafted in the Daughters of the Ocean series I’m working on. While Kallias’s typical form resembles more of a standard, human, he is a god and can shapeshift.
