There’s a line in s4s warehouse tab where you can change the name of an item. It usually contains the cloned item identification and then the content’s new name. I’m positive that this is how some creators are “tracking” and doxxing.
While I don’t necessarily support leaking certain content, I also don’t support doxxing. If you plan on sharing content from a creator who possibly tracks in the above manner, simply open up s4s and change the name thing. It won’t affect the item. Save. You can go even further and change up the package name. Better safe than sorry.

I’m a patron of a few creators. After reading others’ comments I decided to extract the texture of a newer item and view it at 100% in PS. Et voila, we have what I can only assume is my patron number embedded within the DST image. Second screenshot adjusted for brightness and contrast. Not sure how to feel about this right now. :/

to be tracked you almost definitely have to receive the file through a direct, personal link (because each package must be altered to track the individual being tracked), not the patreon “download” section (which any patron can download from).
These will probably also be from creators who are patreon-exclusive, not early access creators.
