Speaking of royal history, Baldwin IV is seriously one of the most impressive figures in history. He not only had leprosy but ruled over a divided Jerusalem court. Not only did he manage to let Saladin have no real victory despite his weaker kingdom but also he literally kept Jerusalem together. All between the ages of 13-23. So incredibly young. He was wiser than most men older than him and even outwitted the more experienced Saladin. And he did that all while fighting a gruesome disease that Muslims and Christians alike thought was a punishment of some sort. After his death, Jerusalem fell apart and it just shows how strong he as a man was. He deserves more recognition than our good old Lionheart IMO.
