Ok, ok ,ok so I was thinking about kinkunihina and how every one just kinda assumes Kunimi would be the impulse control. And someone brings it up and and the three just burst out laughing, and everyone’s just??? What’s so funny???

Until Hina gains enough breath then looks the person dead in the eyes “If Akira was our impulse control we would have been dead by now.” Everyone thinks it’s a joke, then Kunimi lets out this indignant sound.

So everyone’s just, so it’s Kindaichi? “We’d all be dead faster if Yuutarou was our impulse control” and then the realisation that Hinata is the impulse control dawns on both teams and no can believe it.

The only explanation Hinata gives is “I’m an idiot all the time so I already know how far is too far, those two aren’t so they don’t know how far they can push before a murder happens.”

No one wants to admit it but Hinata’s logic make sense in a not making sense kinda way.

Hinata stared Kunimi and Kindaichi, the two stared back. When his boyfriends asked (begged) him to come over quickly he hadn’t expected to see their arms covered in scratches.

“I guess I’m about to be dragged into whatever mess is responsible for the reason the both of you looked like you tried to murder a cat,” Kunimi and Kindaichi flinched, Shouyou narrowed his eyes “what did you two do?”

“You know how my parents adopted that cat recently, turns out the thing is a demon and has it out for me.”

“And me as well since Akira dragged me into this,” they both nodded, and Shouyou couldn’t stop the laughter from bubbling up his throat.

“So you called me to come and help?”

“Well yeah, I’ve seen how cats act around, your like catnip or something.”

Thirty minutes later found Shouyou sitting comfortably on the couch with a purring cat in his lap, his boyfriends looking at said cat like it would resort to murder soon.
