It’s Korone Inugami from Hololive! I’ve been watching vtubers lately, and she’s certainly one of my favorites.
I find it funny that she’s often associated with chocolate cornets, considering she’s a dog and all, but I guess the chocolate in her cornets are dog-safe or something. At least, it definitely is in the chocolate cornet she’s eating in this picture, so don’t worry.
