She is based from the Character of BELLE movie,Angel who is the avatar of kei younger brother,tomo.

She is a japanese singing doll that was supposed to be a special gift created by the Merrymakers co.for the daughter of the ceo who is is sick,sadly she passes away before she could enjoy her doll.

Kotone was taken by her dead owner sister who resented the dead sibling & said foul things about her-

Around that time the energon storm also striked her & remember the good times she had with her owner but hearing her owner sister badmouthed her pisses kotone off & played the haunted doll before she escaped to the mall.

There she had gained the reputation for that incident & is isolated by the whole factions before burgertron found her when she went to hiding from the resentful remarks & she manage to find help.
