Don’t hate Chief Taneda for sending you to places because as an agent, you’ll have to meet multiple representatives, starting from the ADA to their enemy PM, and your occasional collaborator the Hunting Dogs. Meetings are a fresh change compared to administrative work anyways. Your senior, Ango, won’t be around for a long since he’s entrusted with a lot of jobs, so you’re on your own when talking with Fukuzawa and Kunikida of ADA, Mori and Chuuya (sometimes Kouyou) of PM, and Fukuchi of Hunting Dogs. Mori seems to be keeping tabs on you, so you might want to maintain a good connection with Fukuzawa and Kunikida as your allies. A loner finds a companion in themselves, but you are adversaries with your mind and heart. Trust no one and get hurt by no one, not even yourself. Your philosophy of doing things is your only friend, because you are against the thoughts bugging your mind. DOA job requirement: Endurance and patience, proficiency with technology, basic coding, and a bit of sociopathy (substitute: cynicism). You’ll need them for global infiltration, bomb smuggling, thieving, and creating a trustworthy public facility the mindless rats will walk into themselves. When your mind and conscience hate you, where’s a better place to go than the Decay of Angels? You can say goodbye to the glamours of being a fashionable outlaw. No more eye-catching and signature clothes. You have to lay low, even lower than Fyodor’s underground HQ (for now). It’s a shame since Nikolai is so eager to dress you up in the handmade suit he made. Fun fact: Even Sigma’s managerial uniform was inspired by Nikolai’s design. Fyodor’s plans make up for that though, it’s thrilling to put two and two together to witness how his minuscule plans lead to a grand design. You’ve never seen or heard from your boss, Kamui, at all: you, Nikolai, and Sigma rely on Fyodor to decipher his messages. Maybe it’s Kamui’s way to ensure all of you stay in touch with each other. So far, things are tumultuous. — kinning characters not as a joke, but because you researched them nonstop and found out you related a little too hard
— being able to go from “he’s such a funny little man. funny little gay man” to “this is why he killed half the population, and this was why he cannot be blamed for it” in two seconds
— humming anime outros and intros as you go about your research and your day
— obsessive anime hyperfixations that just keep circling back around and cycling
— way too many tabs on your computer with pages about your characters :/ and if you’re anything like me you organize them by character they refer to ://
Absolutely adoring a character with your brain and knowing they’re amazing and totally fit you, but still deeplt kinning the worst ones, the ones nobody would truly believe you you kin, the ones who are the thousands of you could have been if you didn’t repress your demons
Having a favorite ship and adoring them with all of your heart but still imagining somehow one of them could choose you over the other part of the ship
Imagining yourself as quite the main character and having way too many emotions and snippets about different interactions
Always making your OC quite too op
Y'know the kpop thing with bias, bias wrecker and living rent free? Imagine it with one anime you love way too many characters from
Knowing at least one of the characters you love should absolutely be shoot down realistically and hated but you’d never stop taking their part
Wanting so bad to shift to their universe
That character you purely hate so much without a true reason and you know it but will never stop hating them
Remembering more character names than people names
Headcanons that totally contradict e/o but can still coexist and make your heart thud and fit the character
Crying over how expensive merch is and trying to convince someone to buy it for you as a birthday gift
Wishing to/making some type of art with your fav character
Listening to a song and their “life movie” starts playing in your head with both the scenes from the anime and made up ones
Your brain mixing the fancanons with the canons sometimes
Role-play is healing
Rage and spite can get you very far when creating
The “what am I gonna do with my life now?” when you finish the anime even though your list is full of other ones to watch
The GRIEF over finishing an anime or a character dying
The fact that frappes and lattes are my fav drinks probably says a lot about me
Am I an angst writer? Definetly. Am I picky? Also yes. But I’d never refuse a coffee and honestly, one coffee just doesn’t feel like enough most of the time.
I like my coffee with milk and sprinkles and foam and wip. It’s honestly more milk than coffee.
So while I am an angst writer and would philosophy with you on the meaning of life and the lack of meaning of our existence and all, I will also say yes to an adventure and yes to going out and yes to making new friends and be sweet and sociable.
And the outside part of sociable and sweet and all definetly is seen by the mere coffee I drink
Winter and cold? A latte is the best way to warm up! Summer and sweating? Frappe is the answer!
