Orders are rolling in and business is definitely picking up, so we decided to take the day off and walk along the Douro to the beach. We stopped along the way and picked up 2 local stouts and 2 Sommersets (local berry beers), a bag of chips n dip, and brought our liter of cheap wine (.80€). An afternoon of drinks n eats for less than 11€. Now we are having a café at a little place for 3€. ❤#Porto is the best.

I feel VERY lucky to live in Portugal. It was 8 yrs in the planning and we took the shutdown during COVID in Seattle to become #frontlineworkers at #ChiefSeattleClub the ONLY non profit to remain open in downtown Seattle to feed #Seattleshomeless and to be #Outreach workers, seeking out the #homeless encampments to handout #masks #handsanitizer and #vaccineinfo
We risked our lives for a solid year and we saved all our money while simultaneously applying to Portugal to relocate and continue our #selfemployed #business
