Like, there’s no point in remaking the Professionals as a TV show or film, but it would maybe be a really interesting video game.
But I’ve forgotten everything about how that would work.
Listen, I know Bodie and Doyle weren’t written to be queer, but when they go undercover as gay and are less gay then they normally are, fighting homophobic cops, and THEN Doyle comes out of a CLOSET to protect Bodie from a hate crime, I have to ask…
How, how else am I supposed to interpret that??

A gay rights activist (Stephen Rea) driven out of a town by vigilantes at the end of a belt.
Our heroes must go undercover to draw out the villains which gets Bodie (Lewis Collins) very close to the wrong end of a bullwhip. Luckily, his boyfriendpartner Doyle rescues him in the nick of time.
